WOMEN TBL should be APPROACH ACHIEVEMENTS

STAFF women Company TBL Group, are required to have dreams of success and hard work, so they can get rid of economic and be self-sufficient in life.
The call was made during the inauguration of the forum seminars TBL women, conducted at different times yesterday in Mwanza, Arusha and Mbeya.
Speakers invited heads were Judge of the Supreme Court of Mwanza, Joaquine De NEELO General Dr. Kyela District. Thea Tara (Mbeya) and Shinyanga Regional Commissioner and Anne Kilango Malecela (Arusha).
Dr. Tara said at the symposium that the only way a woman's economic leverage is work, study hard and to establish an independent vision instead of relying on one man or another.
For her part, Anne Kilango said confidence, self-awareness and dispel the notion of vulnerability and fear that a woman does not make any sense of earning income is the only weapon to succeed in life.
"There is no shortcut in life for a woman to succeed is to study hard and work tirelessly to print, the weapons sufficient for you to move forward without it will be more difficult to achieve the agenda of 50 to 50 by 2030," said Anne Kilango.
For his part De NEELO urged women in the profession have the perspective to use their profession to self-employment and provide jobs for other people instead of relying on employed during the whole of their lives.
In concert these women employees of the company had the opportunity to explain the challenges they faced in their lives and find opportunities to share ideas on how to get rid of life through hard work, a major goal being to get rid of economic self-sufficiency.
Forum Another women TBL Group, already has been made the headquarters of the company and involving women employees TBL recently, where they also have methods and training to get rid from the trainers range and share the experience of life and was told the same training, will be provided regularly to enhance their capacity for self-confidence in their work and have to get rid of economic strategies.
