AFTER governor inaugurated: Magufuli AWATEGA

 

DAYS after President John Beer Magufuli, swearing governors, has given 15 days to remove ghost workers who are in the list of the payment of salaries of civil servants in their regions.

I believe that I have decided to choose an exact representation of the regions well in you, I pray and perform your duties without fear, "said Dr. Magufuli.

Until Magufuli President gives the order, the Bank of Tanzania was in the process of making payments sh. 925.6 billion, which the Ministry of Finance issued authorized the payment.

Speaking to the chief executives of the Bank of Tanzania that includes the Governor, the Deputy Governors, Directors and Managers, President Magufuli wanted the Finance Ministry make renewed criticism of such payments, in order to determine whether beneficiaries were approved paid deserved paid and not otherwise.

In addition, Dr. Magufuli ordered a unit of external debt which was previously under the Central Bank and later kikahamishiwa Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank should be returned immediately to strengthen control of borrowing and repayment of debt.
